Global SAP Systems Analyst – EH&S

Company
Our client is a $3B global manufacturer and supplier of specialty chemicals used in water treatment, agriculture and petroleum lubricant and oil products. This position will lead the global architecture of EH&S and REACH compliance.

Location
The position is located in the greater Middletown, CT area.

Responsibilities
The incumbent will lead a team in analyzing requirements, designing, and prototyping solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing knowledge of the supported business systems such as Global Trade Services (GTS), REACH Compliance, Dangerous Goods Management, WWI Servers, and Global Label Management. Finally, the position is also responsible for working with project management to help ensure that formal project management, systems development life cycle, and change control management disciplines are used to manage the development and deployment of IT solutions.

Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess a minimum bachelor’s level education in a computer science combined with 5-10 years experience working with SAP applications supporting EH&S. APICs and SAP certification are preferred. The incumbent must be able to travel up to a maximum of 25%.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary in the range of $90,000 – $115,000 plus comprehensive fringe benefits program. This is a highly visible position within the organization.
