Human Resources Generalist

Company
Rapidly expanding manufacturer/assembler of components serving the telecommunications industry. This is the HQ location for North American operations.
Manufacturing operations consist of stamping, molding, and high speed automated assembly.

Location
The position is located in the Greater Waterbury, CT area.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director/Human Resources will provide total HR support services for dedicated business unit consisting of both manufacturing and administrative personnel. Support will include recruiting/staffing, benefits and compensation, training and development, and employee relations.

Key Selection Criteria
Minimum bachelor's level education and 3-6 years progressive experience working in
a fast-paced and multi-tasked HR environment. Strong written and verbal skills,
knowledge of appropriate state/federal laws affecting HR issues, and PC skills.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary in the range of $42,000 - $50,000 range, incentive
opportunity and a comprehensive fringe benefits program.
