The Client
Leading international manufacturer of electrical equipment products. Company maintains multiple manufacturing locations in the US and abroad. Products reach the customer via a global distribution network. Markets served include utilities, telecommunications, industrial, lighting, and individual consumers. Manufacturing processes include stamping, plastics molding, metal forming/bending and high-speed automation. These positions are located at the company's Technology Center that supports domestic and international manufacturing sites and includes its own testing facilities and model shop.

Responsibilities
These positions will be responsible for new product design to improve function, safety and cost. This will include determining tooling; manufacturing processes; and quality control methods. Finally, will determine production standards and specifications and obtain appropriate agency listing as required by UL/CSA.

Selection Criteria
The successful candidates will possess a bachelor's level degree (BSEE or BSME) and 5 -10 years experience in the design of electronic or electro-mechanical products. CAD skills must include 3D.

Compensation
These positions provides a base compensation in the $70K to $100K range depending upon experience and a comprehensive fringe benefits package.
