Senior Staffing Consultant

The Client
An internationally recognized leader in the financial services field offering a wide range of products including insurance, money management programs, mutual funds and annuities. The Connecticut campus is a leader in the development of creative new investment products including variable annuities, mutual funds, college savings programs, mutual fund wrap accounts and other investment products.

Responsibilities
This individual will recruit, interview and recommend qualified experienced and executive level candidates to respective departments. Additionally, will establish and utilize relationships with employment agencies or other candidate sources as needed as well as seeking out and recommending sources of candidates including the Internet, colleges, job fairs, technical schools, etc. The successful candidate will be able to assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of a specific functional area or division of the organization and be able to establish strong relationships with Business Group hiring managers.

Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess a minimum bachelors level education and five to ten years progressive experience in the Human Resources area including successful recruitment of professional and managerial level positions. Experience with corporate level positions or financial services positions is a plus.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary in the $75,000 to $85,000 range and annual MIP. A very comprehensive fringe benefits program is also provided in an attractive office setting that offers many other employee-friendly amenities.
