Lean Manufacturing Manager

The Client:
Leading international manufacturer of electrical equipment products. Company maintains multiple manufacturing locations in the US and abroad. Products reach the customer via a global distribution network. Markets served include utilities, telecommunications, industrial, lighting, and individual consumers. Manufacturing processes include stamping, casting, injection molding, and assembly.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for improving the operations at all assigned manufacturing facilities through the implementation of Lean Sigma initiatives.
This will include the annual development of plans to achieve savings goals; promoting and implementing lean programs in the areas of product development/improvement; and conducting semi-annual reviews at all locations.

Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will possess a minimum bachelors level education and 10+ years successful experience implementing a lean enterprise including demonstrated improvements on the factory floor; business process improvements, and design for lean sigma. Experience with SAP is a definite plus.

Compensation:
This position provides a base compensation in the high five figure to low six figure range and comprehensive fringe benefits package. Excellent visibility is provided within the organization with the ability for upward progression.
