Senior Staffing Consultant

Company:
Leading National provider of health and insurance services. This is a regional
headquarters location staffed with executive, professional, and administrative
level employees.

Location:
The position is located in the Trumbull area with easy access from both the Merritt Parkway and I-95.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the development of proactive and cutting-
edge recruitment and new-hire retention programs. Will help identify, attract
and retain high caliber talent and partner effectively with other departments in
implementing a sound recruiting process. Will serve as the primary point of
contact for both candidates and staffing vendors. Additionally, develops and
manages long-term succession planning to forecast required staffing.

Key Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will possess a minimum bachelors level education and
5 years experience in recruiting/interviewing and staff development in a corporate setting. Strong analytical and people skills combined with ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.

Compensation:
Position provides a base compensation in the $55,000 - $70,000 plus comprehensive fringe benefits program and excellent office environment.
