Supplier Quality Engineer

Company:
Precision manufacturing and assembly facility that designs, manufactures, and assembles components and assemblies for clients in telecommunications, aerospace and military applications.

Location:
The position is located in the Wallingford, CT area.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for performing supplier certification audits; identifying and defining supplier improvement programs; and communicating supplier corrective action status with internal sourcing personnel.

Key Selection Criteria:
Minimum bachelor's level education and five plus years experience implementing quality systems in a manufacturing environment. CQE or black belt designation highly preferred.

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary in the $65,000 - $75,000 range plus a
comprehensive fringe benefits program. Excellent visibility within the organization with the opportunity for further development.
